Sandra has her Early Childhood Education diploma (class of 2006) and Special Education certificate (class of 2007) from the Institute for Human Services Education (currently known as Jane Norman College).

HHELCU offers care for children from the age of 18 months to 4 years on a full time or part time basis. There are various learning opportunities for all ages throughout our days. More information can be found in our Welcome Package section.
